• Why does the app keep crashing and what can I do?

  PlanBuildPro saves and syncs project images via iCloud. If your personal iCloud storage is full or too small, this can cause crashes. Freeing up iCloud space or upgrading to a larger storage plan can help.

• Family Sharing and Subscription

  With iOS 13 or earlier, Apple did not allow subscriptions to be shared within Family Sharing. Starting with iOS 14, subscriptions can be shared, and PlanBuildPro supports this feature.

  The following requirements must be met:
  • All iOS devices must be running iOS 14 or later
  • All users must be in the same Family Sharing group (Settings > Apple ID > Family Sharing)
  • Enable purchase sharing (Settings > Apple ID > Family Sharing > Purchase Sharing)

• Error message during synchronization

  If an unclear error occurs during iCloud synchronization, the only solution is to delete and reinstall the app. NOTE: No data loss will occur up to the last successful sync.

• Can I share different projects with different people?

  If you manage multiple projects (e.g., as an architect), you can share them with other individuals (e.g., clients or contractors) via the project settings.

• View project without subscription?

  As a user with a valid PlanBuildPro subscription, you can share projects with others who do not have a subscription. These users can view the projects but cannot make changes.

• Sync projects across my devices

  Your projects are automatically synced across your iOS devices when signed into iCloud. A single Apple ID must be used on all your devices.

• Share project(s) with one or more people

  You can share projects with one or multiple people. All users must have the PlanBuildPro app installed on their iPhone or iPad to view and/or edit the project.

• Projects no longer sync

  Please follow these steps:
  1. Open the app settings (⚙)
  2. Tap the "Clear iCloud cache" button
  3. Close settings
  4. Tap the cloud icon and press the sync button
  Note: Also check if Wi-Fi is enabled, airplane mode is off, and mobile data is available.

• What happens to my projects after the subscription ends?

  After the PlanBuildPro subscription ends, your projects can still be viewed in the app but cannot be edited. They will remain as long as they are not deleted from iCloud.
